From 13^th March 2020,
We were all a part of History.
We were eager to arrive 
On some lush forest green alive.
All coordinators retreat to tell a story
That was a part of History.
It was some significant eye-opener
Something for us all to remember.
It all began with such a bang
When we all arrive without a clue.
Yet we’re all dressed in blue
That is certainly a part of History.
We all gathered together acknowledge the father
As no one would first would rather.
After which we meet, greet and had a treat
With the delicious breakfast that Hyatt couldn’t beat.
That too was a part of History.
With all hands-on deck
Here we made a check.
From fruits, juices, water, fried plantain and pumpkin;
It gets better, fried aloo, hmmm!  sausages, within[!]
Yes, bakes bread, buns donuts
Everyone was going nuts!
That was definitely a part of History.
After dinning, it seems hard for anyone to move,
Everyone was just basking in a total grove.
As much as we would love to dodge
The day had to be continued so we budge.
That was a part of the day’s History.
Our day moved forward
With a number of team-building exercises onward.
This caused us to socialize,
As we communicate and recognized
Some significant truths of our dear colleagues
Certainly, in far different leagues. 
Oh, how that was a part of history.
We had some delivery of back in times
Such as red light, green light, who say 1,2,3
In the river, on the bank, 
Had anyone sunk?
No, no, we all survived!
Yes, that was a part of History.
We moved right in with our interesting Art class,
Blind Art; ever heard of it? That was a blast!
We saw some craft, 
All showing their heart for art.
That was a part of History.
This brought us to some laughter,
As we enjoyed each other during the gather. 
This was amazing as we bask in the ambiance, 
Of the great green meadows.
That being a part of History.
Who says Lunch? 
Whoop there it is!
From the unzone our own Houston,
Well, dear Rita, we were over-excited, and delighted,
Our hearts were very contented.
And that Yes, was a day in History.
We were winding down, 
The day was almost gone.
We were ready to depart and be on,
Not without the memory of the meadows.
Yes, we had pics as we echoed green meadows!!
Yes, that was a part of History.
Well LO, behold, an alarm, not a bell,
But news of NO SCHOOL FOR THE NEXT WEEK[!]
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaattttttttttt!!!!
We were in heaven not dead,
But we were tired and [was] elated to get a rest from the nest.
That was a part of history. 
Although the circumstances which caused the closure
Was not to shout about or reassure.
We somehow could not rap our heads around the alarm line, 
That is a part of history.
Early and extended leave,
It sure was not a time to grieve.
But to be thankful to God who is bigger than any Leader,
He is our Redeemer.
To date that will and forever will be, 
A part of History where we will tell our story.
